The WFPB Board consists of volunteer members (couples counting as one voting member) serving for a 3-year term; in addition, board members serve on a subcommittee and may select from the following options: Membership, Advertising & Sponsorship, Concessions, Information & Communications, Technology & Maintenance, and Spirit.

Board meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of each month at 6:30pm and are held in room WFHS Room 112C (to the right of the theater doors.)
